Peaceful setting; warm welcome; good price; convenient to town; restaurant on site; no traffic noise at night, undercover parking at the unit door.
Difficult to locate; there was no signage on the street to indicate where it was I thought that the roadworks near the entrance required a sign to indicate the entry to the motel'club. I wondered if mosquitoes could get in at the gap over the door.

The staff are outstandingly accommodating, and the location is magnificent. There’s a cool Cold Rock about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, perfect for enjoying delicious desserts.

Hopefully the room was spotless with heating, good amenities and table and chairs. All the employees were friendly and pleasant. The location seemed good hard to find via GPS-did n't allow for Twelfth Street being divided by railway line.

This place met our expectations and we had a pleasant one-night stay here; the staff were friendly and the location was beautiful, with a nearby bistro for dining.

facilities are excellent
the rooms are dated but the showers are appalling. we had to run around in circles to get wet and then the water went from hot to cold quickly (if my wife turned the cold water on at the basin tap I would be scolded!) If they can get the bathroom areas fixed the resort would be a good place to stay.

The location of the hotel is convenient and offers nearby dining options. We enjoyed some tasty takeout specials at Big Tuna Fish Co, which was just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

Lovely outlook at the rear of the room (which has a back door). Liked being able to go out the back door to sit under trees and face the golf-course.
Building was very old and decor very dated. But location and price made up for this.

I greatly enjoyed the room, it was neat and retro and included with an ashtray full of butts and the bedroom, as for instance.

Friendly staff who gave us helpful information. the room we got was modern and had a nice touch with a table and chairs. It was exactly like we saw in the pictures 👍.

The Location was great, not too far from the city centre, yet still having the feel of the countryside. We enjoyed sitting out the back of the rooms with a view of the course, listening to the bird life, very good Apart from a couple of things I thought it was a nice venue. The food is the Bistro was great & the prices were very reasonable.
I think the rooms need some attention, e.g. the fly wire doors need repairing, could do with better lighting. ? Hot water heaters outside the room 10 were so noisy all night long. Although temporary it was very difficult to find the resort due to works occuring at entrance.
